CONSULTANCY

My activity as consultant and supervisor started in 1998 and was carried out within various public and private institutions in Liguria, Lombardy, including the Emilia and Veneto regions.
Setting-up of the method used is a combination of a variety of theoretical and technical instruments: psychoanalytic tradition to achieve a concept of how the psyche works; the Tavistock tradition as regards understanding group dynamics and institutional set-ups; David Armstrong’s, Robert Hinshelwood’s, Peter Senge’s and Edward Shapiro’s works, regarding organisational and analysis models for complex systems.
